Worst customer service ever, too rigid not flexible, criminals ended up getting them and I was told to pay $59.99 for expediated delivery, did that just for me to discover that my credit card was charged$100 from Toronto area to Burlington for flower arrangement I paid $295 for. It was from their hands to the gabbage absolute no sence, very trashy arrangement. Report them they should be shut down

This is the sketchiest and WORST company I've EVER dealt with!!!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Hey guys! So just an update on the fine folks at Blooms N Roses that I had the massive dispute with back in mid-April. Just to point form you on what happened, and what has happened since: 1. I called the company on April 14th requesting an evening delivery. I spoke with a man who assured me they could provide this service through their website. I went to their website and selected from their drop-down menu options, 7pm delivery on April 14th. I received a confirmation receipt in the amount of $56.16. 2. I called the company back after my transaction to confirm the delivery would go out tonight. The same man I spoke with, who referred to himself as "the after-hours", said the office was not open til tomorrow and the order would not go out tonight. When I requested to cancel the order, he had a few choice words for me and promptly hung up. 3. I tried calling all four numbers listed for this company, including a supposed "head office number" and each time I got the same man who hung up on me. 4. I sent an email of complaint to the office, requesting that they please cancel the order with no response. The email address itself is super sketchy, 123b@***.com or something like that. 5. I called the local office number the following morning, a half hour before their store was open (I called at 9:30am, the website said their hours were 10-4), and spoke with a girl named "Ashley" who informed me the order had already gone out. She refused to contact the driver and when I tried to explain to her my dispute, she hung up on me. When I called back, I got the same man I'd spoken to the night before, a man I've now discovered is named James McKinney. He also promptly hung up on me. I went through all four numbers again, the two local numbers and the two "head office" numbers, each time getting hung up on by James. 6. My flowers were delivered 7 hours later and left with a neighbour as I'd explained my friend would not be home. The flowers looked completely different than the picture I'd ordered from. I specifically ordered them in a mug and they came in a bowl and were already wilting. There was also no address listed on the card, only the local number. When I tried to call them to explain the flowers were not what I ordered, I was again hung up on. 7. My credit card was charged $59.16, more than what my confirmation receipt indicated that I had agreed to pay. 8. I contacted the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and discovered this company has about 12 websites (which I've listed below), all with the same business numbers, but with at least 3 different head office addresses. They have nearly 80 complaints (now including mine). I've since been updated by the BBB that they did not return any of their calls to address my concerns, so the case has been closed, just like 78 of their other complaints. They have a BBB rating of F. 9. UPDATE: I also contacted Capital One to dispute the charge, and they reversed the charges, stating the company had 45 days to dispute the claim. The charge was removed from my account, until today (May 30th), I noticed it had been placed back on. So I contacted Capital One, and they said the company had NOT disputed the claim, rather they just used my credit card number to put the payment back through AGAIN. Capital One did NOT reverse the charge. THIS IS 100% FRAUD. The payment has again been reversed. I have destroyed my card, and am being issued a new credit card number. 10. On a side note, on a trip to Toronto about two weeks ago, I actually stopped at the location they have listed as their main office, 2601 Matheson Ave in Mississauga. It was a realty company. They do not occupy the other location listed, which was 159 King St in Toronto either. NO IDEA where these people currently work out of. 11. Now that they have fraudulentiy charged me, I will be escalating this matter with the police. If anyone wishes to contact me directly to be potentially contacted as part of a police investigation on this company, please leave a comment. This is the sketchiest company I've ever dealt with and I would highly discourage anyone from using this company, or any of the companies they have listed under their name. These companies include: 1. Toronto Bridal Outlet 2. Flower Power Corp 3. 24hrflowerpower.com 4. Queen Elizabeth Flowers, 5. Classic Collection 6. afloristintoronto.com, 7. Gifts Flowers Bridal 8. A Real Florist In Toronto 9. Mississauga Florist 10. Canadian Invitations Outlet, 11. E & a Gift Baskets 12. Canada Invitations Outlet

Our credit card just got $10,000 worth of charges from these guys after ordering flowers on Mother's Day! I can't believe the amount of scamming that goes on and yet they continue to be in business!!

They are at 2601 matheson blvd Mississauga unit 16 go to the bac . They probably have a fake sig .

Yes they stole your credit card numbe . Its not a secure website. James mckinny will recharge over agai . The website is a fake.

The orders do not go to the credit card company's he changes the amount then he process on the debit machene. There is no after service. He's there from 9 am to 9 p . You can't miss him.

About 5"8 two hundred pounds mullett hair glasses. He doesn't move from his desk.

The company is between a beauty spa and a logo shirt compan . Just go around the back unit 16 or ask any company there they will tell you its a scam and fraud

I've seen it. Good luck. Unit 16 go around back take picture .

If you go to the front they are located right beside a skin care plac . They do laser hair removal facials etc.

Blooms and roses does not have a sign they could have possibley move the unit no.

They are in between a plumbing company and a spa. Ask any of those businesses they will point you there

Do you have an emai . I can give you more info on the .

You should file a police report or call the RCMP fraud credit line. This has been going on for years . Its pretty bad James mckinny gets a thrill doing this. I'm actually surprised he hasn't been arrested yet.

Maybe its time. He alters the tax that's why your first transaction didn't make sens . Then when you think you've been credit.

He goes back waits about a month then charges you again. That's what's happening in there

Do not use this "company"

I ordered flowers on line, thinking it was a "local" florist in a specific part of the Toronto area, as they say "local florist" on their website. The flowers have still not been delivered on time, it's impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, and I anticipate a lot of work challenging the MasterCard charge. I don't believe there is a Blooms N Roses shop in the local area I chose. There's no contact number for the "head office" on King Street in Toronto. and none for the shop I chose which just links me to King Street head office. I now see all the customer complaints which so far are my experience. Do not use them, it's a huge trap.

Illegitimate company!!

Ten Days before ChristmasI ordered $80.00 flowers for my sister in British Columbia--that were never delivered and when I phoned the # listed, they say hello, then when you ask if this # is 24hourbloomsnroses, they say yes, would you like to place an order, then when you say you already ordered and the flowers were not delivered--they hang up!!! I phoned both numbers they have in Canada and the Untied States and it was the same voice on the phone and the exact same thing happened. I phoned each number 3 x, then they stopped answering. I was polite, and yet they would not help me or respond in any way regarding the undelivered flowers--- SO THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!! I have contacted the police!!

Scam Alert! Horrible experience with Bloomsnroses Toronto

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
***SCAM ALERT*** I am writing this post to advise you all of a company I recently had a horrible encounter with in the hopes that it will get shared among as many people as possible, It's a bit of a lengthy read, but if you read it and do decide to share, please do so publicly so it can continue to cover as much social media ground as possible. On the eve of April 14th, I was on-line looking for a florist that would deliver flowers same day. The only one I could find was a site called http://www.bloomsnroses.com/ They advertise "24 hour send out flowers", and also provide a drop-down box so you could select the date of your delivery. Even though it was after 7pm, it allowed me to select the eve of April 14th for delivery. But just to be sure, I called the company at one of their two local number and I spoke with a man who advised me that yes, I could have my order placed for delivery that evening, that they even offer free shipping, all I had to do was place the order on-line. I was delighted, so I promptly placed my order. It was for a yellow mug that had yellow roses and white & yellow daisies in the picture. The price was $39.72, but when the total came up it was $56.16, with HST and surcharges that I had no idea what they were for (So much for "free delivery"!). But regardless, I placed the order and received a confirmation through email that my order had been placed and I was provided with a confirmation number. It didn't however, indicate the time the flowers would be delivered. So I immediately called the same number back and spoke with the same man (although he said he didn't recall our conversation from two minutes earlier, so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt it was a different guy). He said he wasn't the one who processed the orders, so I asked him if he could give me the name./number of the person who did process the evening orders and he said I'd have to call back in the morning, that he was just the "after hours". I said, "Well I wouldn't have placed the order with you if I'd known it wouldn't be going out until tomorrow", he said, "There's nothing I can do to help you, added a few more choice words and hung up on me. When I called back, I was immediately disconnected. So I tried to call them at their other "local number", and I got the same man who again hung up on me. Same with their toll-free number, I was again hung up on by the same person. And oddly enough, their so-called "head office", which according to their website is 159 King St W in toronto, was also forwarded to the same man, and I was again disconnected. The only other form of contact I had with this company was a sketchy-sounding email address, in which they promise to "promptly respond to from date of email". I had at this point, assumed I had been dealing with an after-hours answering service, so I relayed the entire incident, again requesting that my order please be cancelled. On their website, their office hours indicate 10am-4pm, so I called at 9:30am and spoke with a girl named Ashley. I relayed the whole story to her, and while she did listen patiently, she explained to me there was nothing she could do, that the order had already gone out. When I explained to her that I would not have placed the order, had I not understood it would've been delivered the prior evening. I asked her if she could call the driver. She placed me on hold and within a few seconds I was disconnected. I assumed this was an error, so I called back, and this time I got a man, the SAME man I'd spoken with the night before, and once again I was promptly disconnected. I continued to call all four contact numbers listed on their website and I was promptly hung on each time, at minimum eight times. Since I had no recourse at this point, I contacted the BBB (Better Business Bureau). I discovered they have a rating of F and have had 79 complaints lodged against them, each that sounded very similar to mine. Here is a link to the BBB page: http://www.bbb.org/…/blooms-and-roses-flowers-and-gifts-in-…# I also discovered that this company operates under the following names: 1. Toronto Bridal Outlet 2. Flower Power Corp 3. 24hrflowerpower.com 4. Queen Elizabeth Flowers, 5. Classic Collection 6. afloristintoronto.com, 7. Gifts Flowers Bridal 8. A Real Florist In Toronto 9. Mississauga Florist 10. Canadian Invitations Outlet, 11. E & a Gift Baskets 12. Canada Invitations Outlet There are also four different "head office" addresses -- 159 King St W, Toronto; 459 King St W Toronto; 2601 Matheson Blvd, Mississauga, and S. Service Rd, Mississauga, but (at least from what I've found), all of their local, toll-free and head office numbers are exactly the same. After placing my complaint with the BBB, I then decided to dispute the charge through Mastercard, because (a) not only was my order left with my friend's neighbour (which I had not authorized them to do), (b) they delivered it at 3:45pm (6 hours after I'd called and been told it was too late, that the order had already gone out); (c) the order looked NOTHING like what I'd actually ordered and was sent in a bowl, not a mug, even though the text on the site had said "mug", (d) the delivery had no return address, so the recipient couldn't physically return it to a store, only the 416 number which I'd attempted to call but was one again hung up on, but most importantly (e), I was charged an additional amount on my credit card from what I'd initially agreed to pay. There was NO explanation for the additional charges, neither on my bill or from the agent I spoke with from Mastercard. I'm happy to report that I got my full refund returned, but other people were not so lucky and have stories far worse than mine. Just check out this Yelp site to see how many negative reviews this company has: https://www.yelp.ca/biz/blooms-n-roses-toronto Needless to say, I am immediately destroying my credit card and getting a new one, but I even find it upsetting that this company knows my name and billing information. Even though I got my money back, it has been nothing but a 5 day long headache. PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AND SHARE WITH AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE. Thanks for your time. ‪#‎bloomsnroses‬ ‪#‎scamalert‬

SCAM!!

ABSOLUTELY the worst customer service. My boyfriend placed an order to have roses sent to my work on Friday and nothing came in. Finally it arrived Saturday with the most unattractive package, nothing like what it looked online when he placed the order. Online it was a certain price and on my boyfriend bank statement was another price. I called the day it arrived because my boyfriend paid $70 for 12 roses and to be delivered(mind you online it said free delivery) and to question the service. The owner was the most unpleasant person and hung up on my face. THIS place is a scam, please don't order from them. You will be disappointed.

ordered flowers for mum's 80th birthday, what came was nothing like the picture, balloon was dull grey, not the cheery one shown in their picture. So it costs me $85 for 3 roses, greenery with black spots on their leaves, 1 wilted gerbera and 2 lillies. Contacted the shop and sent photos but customer service replied that they see nothing wrong in the flowers sent!! Please do not order - I was very saddened and disappointed that my mum received such a poor bouquet. 1st photo was what was advertised, and 2nd photo was what was received.

This company is operating a scam. I ordered a large gourmet fruit basket for a colleague and instead they sent a small basket of chocolates. The order was sent 3 days late and they overcharged my credit card. When I called them to sort it out they put me on hold and then hung up on me. I tried repeatedly to get in touch with a manager and they don't return calls or emails and when you get someone on the phone they hang up on you. There are numerous complaints filed against this company through the BBB. Do not order from this company - they are scam artists. I wish I had read reviews before I ordered from them as it has caused me a lot of grief.

DO NOT under any circumstances use this company! Because I'm pretty certain they steal your credit card info I ordered flowers for Mothers Day and it got delivered. One month later, the exact same charge was put through again and I called my CC company to dispute it. Luckily Amex handles these disputes well and I wasn't responsible for the 2nd charge. Just 3 weeks later, I now have another charge put through to my card from somewhere in Toronto, which I am not anywhere there. I have since called my CC company to dispute again and have had to cancel the card and get a new one issued.
