nov18,2013, i called Blooms N Roses and checked if they had all the flowers that were in the arrangement that i wanted for my mother's 87 birthday, she said YES they had them all, when i got the picture of the flowers they delivered was so so sad nothing like the website picture, i called asked for the owner or manger, they said his name is JOHN, he was in a meeting, i call back 5times again left name n number, i email him3times with picture of my mothers flowers asking him to call me or explain, NOTHING back from no one, its dec 11 and still no respond.

save your money this flower shop doesn't care.

so so sad that they still open...
